2013 Holiday Deadlines

**Normal order turnaourd is 4-6 weeks depending on the product** 
 HOWEVER
we will begin working around the clock to make sure holiday sessions and orders are crankin' like mad into and out of the studio. 

Here are important dates and reminders for you:

Sessions where Christmas gifts will be ordered from must be shot by December 7th

Orders for Christmas delivery must be received by December 13th*

All orders must be picked up from the studio by December 20th

*After December 14th 100% Rush fee applies and orders must be picked up by December 20th

**We have very few appointment slots left for holiday deadline sessions*

  Winter Theme Day is November 16th!!

That first snow makes us feel like Christmas is coming!  And so is our Winter Wonderland!!  We hope to see everyone there! November 16th from 10-2

Fall Color Sessions

We shoot outdoors year round but we are sad to say -

Our fall colors are gone... 

they arrived early and were short lived this year.

While they were here we worked hard and fast - they were BRILLIANT!!  
Thank you to all of our Fall Peeps that scheduled their sessions as far back as April!!

Saturday FYI - Groupon Before You Buy

Understandably Saturday appointments are highly sought after as many of our clients do not have flexible week day schedules.  We tend to book Saturdays 4-6 weeks in advance.  We have wait lists available for cancellations.  Although Saturday cancellations are rare - due to the amount of time clients wait to get in -  if you find yourself needing to cancel a session on a Saturday you will be put back on the schedule based on availability.  Out of consideration for those on the cancellation/wait list if you do not provide 48 hours notice you will lose a session or pay a Cancellation Fee.

Holiday Sessions & Premium Dates

We understand that around the holidays family is in town from far reaching places.  Often times you haven't seen some of them for years.  What better time to gather everyone for photographs!! You may not know that we offer sessions on and around the holidays for both Regular Studio Session and Premium Studio Session rates depending upon the dates.  

If you are interested in capturing your family over the holidays please contact the studio for availability on specific dates and rates

Premium Session Dates: December 23, 24, (25 not available), 26, 29, 30, 31 and Jan 1, 2013 (list subject to change)

Why the extra rates? We take time away from our families over the holiday to capture yours!

This Saturday is Hallow-Theme Day! From 10-2  We will be hosting an extra theme day here at the studio for kids & families in costume.  Our set will be white so come and show off all of the spooktacular details in your Halloween costumes this year!!
